ICS Services
ICS provides domiciliary care services to our users in the local community and other areas outside ESSEX. We provide a range of care services that help support service users within their homes. Our carers visit homes to provide additional support, from household tasks and healthcare, which allows people in our care to live independently without disrupting their quality of life.
Our services include the provision of personal care, shopping for our clients, meal preparation, personal medical support, and supporting the health and well-being of our service users. We also offer wake nights whereby our carers/support workers do night shifts looking after service users and also sleep-ins to provide care for our clients during nighttime.
In addition to this, we offer companionship services. Our carers visit service users in their homes during the day. This service aims at providing company to service users who may be socially lonely, especially those who live on their own. These are some of the services that we provide to our service users. Our support workers are fully trained, skilled, and experienced. We work with the legislation laid down by the law that promotes the rights, dignity, and choice of our service users.
Our carers regularly attend workshops, training, and go through appraisals so they keep abreast with the current practices and legislation pertaining to quality care.
